Strawberry and Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup (285g) Greek yogurtÂ
- 1 cup (240ml) vanilla almond milk, unsweetenedÂ
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 cup (165g) strawberries, slicedÂ
- 1 ½ (135g) cup rolled oatsÂ
- 3 tbsp. chia seedsÂ
- 1 tsp. vanilla extractÂ
- Place the Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey and strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth. Â
- Transfer the mixture into a medium-sized bowl and stir through the chia seeds and vanilla extract. Now add in the rolled oats and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.Â
- To serve, top with more fresh strawberries.
