Spicy Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup (16g) cilantro
- ½ cup (140g) Greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor, and blitz until well combined.
- Pour the sauce into a jar with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator.
