  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened
  • ½ cup (112g) natural soy yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 2 tbsp.pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg\

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
