  • 8 oz. (225g) strong cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz. (115g) cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
  • 7 oz. (200g) jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt

  1. Place half of the cheddar cheese into a food processor and add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, peppers and salt. Blitz together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, and add the remaining cheddar cheese, stir to combine. Cover the bowl and set the dip aside in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
