Breakfast Patties

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. sageÂ
- 1 ½ tsp. saltÂ
- 1 tsp. dried basilÂ
- 1 tsp. garlic powderÂ
- ½ tsp. onion powderÂ
- ½ tsp. dried oreganoÂ
- pinch of chili flakesÂ
- ground black pepper, to tasteÂ
- 1 lb. (450g) lean pork minceÂ
- 1 lb. (450g) turkey minceÂ
- 1 tbsp. honeyÂ
- Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and use your hands to mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 16 balls and then flatten a little to form patties.Â
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-8 minutes on one side, until browned. Then flip them over and cook for a further 5 minutes until browned on the second side and cooked through. Â
