Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
For the sauce:
- 4 tbsp. tamari
- 3 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sriracha
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
To serve:
- 14 oz. (400g) cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup (50g) peanuts, roasted
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Place all the sauce ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the shredded chicken and diced bell pepper and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve the chicken mixture in a lettuce wrap, and top with peanuts and green onions.
